Websites

Seniors Online

Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.

In 2018, I refurbished the existing website to increase the utility of the website for older Victorians and in 2022, I led the re-platforming and redesign of the Seniors Online website, improving the user-experience of the website resulting in a 195% increase in visitation to the Festival microsite.

e-Newsletters

Seniors Card e-News 2018-2023.

Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.

A digital e-News sent five to eight times a year for Seniors Card program emailed their database – the largest of Victorians aged over 60 – with teasers to news, healthy ageing information and government information held on Seniors Online. It also carried three to five advertisements for government programs, as well as private advertisers.

Designed in-house and connected to Seniors Online and promoted on social media, I wrote and edited content that would attract attention, promote social co-opting and work harmoniously with the messaging on Seniors Online.
